Privacy policy

StudioGrey is a fractional marketing practice run by Chad Dupin in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This page explains what I collect when you visit studiogrey.co, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, email chad@studiogrey.co.

What I collect

  • What you send me. When you book a call, the scheduling form asks for your name and email, and anything you choose to add. When you email me, I get what you write.
  • How you use the site. Pages you visit, how you got here, your general location (city or region), your device and browser. This comes from cookies and similar tools, listed below.

The tools behind the site

  • Squarespace hosts the site and keeps basic visit statistics.
  • Google Analytics measures traffic so I can see which pages help people.
  • HubSpot runs the booking calendar and keeps my contact list. Its cookies connect visits to a contact record once you book a call or email me.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy.

How I use it

  • To reply to you and run the calls you book.
  • To understand what people read so I can make the site more useful.
  • To send you something only if you asked for it or we already work together. You can tell me to stop at any time.

I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share it except with the tools above that help me run the business, or if the law requires it.

Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • You can ask me what I have on you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email chad@studiogrey.co and I’ll take care of it.

How long I keep it

Contact details stay in my records while we’re talking or working together, and for a reasonable time after for my business records. Analytics data is kept on the tools’ standard schedules.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 16. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
